ROM Hack Question Just acquired unpatched v1. Wanna hack ACNH with poker while going online without getting banned.

Hello, just bought an unpatched switch. I've read people have did this. They put cfw on their switch and play online with legitly bought animal crossing and use acnh poker while on another people's island. Would love to be able to do this as well. What steps should I take to avoid getting banned while going online with a cfw and use poker? I'm too scared to try it myself without the knowledge of people who actually know the way around this. TIA

Even if they don't get banned instantly that doesn't mean they're not flagged for a ban. Nintendo takes cheating online very seriously.
I think it would be stupid to do so if you are worried about a ban.
If you decide to do it anyway, don't do it on your CFW emuNAND. Use an otherwise clean sysNAND with no nsps installed, and disable any other sysmodules or title patches to minimize the risk.

I've seen someone use CFW with ACNHPoker come to another island and use that without getting banned. Is that possible?

I've used nsps several times, and I've really been banned. I guess I just did a stupid thing because I was doing it with my EmuNAND. What can you advise in case of a ban?
