There's 3 ways to install CFW on 11.5
1. DSiWare
2. Hardmod
3. NTRBoot / magnethax
DSiWare requires two 3DS, one of which has one of the required games listed on these pages:
https://3ds.guide/installing-boot9strap-(dsiware-game-injection)
https://3ds.guide/installing-boot9strap-(dsiware-save-injection)

Hardmod requires soldering, and is not a good course of action if you don't know what you're doing/don't have experience

NTRBoot requires a compatible flashcard (https://3ds.guide/ntrboot), and only one 3DS if it is a working console, or two otherwise.

Basically, just follow 3ds.guide
Don't know if that answered your question but there really wasn't a question so

depending on the flashcard you may only need one 3ds . . . you can use a ds(/i) variations if you dont have a second 3ds . . . and all ds models need a magnet except for the o2ds

uuuuhhh were do i put the magnet
It might take a few tried to get it right because the positioning is awkward, but it's usually on top of the B button for most of the consoles I've tried. Just turn it on and move the magnet around until you find the spot.

You don't need an sd card in the flashcard itself. I did it myself a few days ago, it only requires one in the console

That depends on the model. Right on top of the B button for O3DS (or right up next to it if it's so heavy it will press the button down). To the right of the start and select buttons for the N3DS. Try positioning the magnet you plan to use with the device running normally. If it goes to sleep, you're good to go. If not, you might need a stronger magnet. The N3DS especially tends to not require a very strong one. You can do one with a piece of magnetic tape.
