Name: Eyeshield 21
Genre: Sports, Shonen, Comedy
Eyeshield 21 (??????21) is a manga about American football written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Yusuke Murata. The story revolves around Sena Kobayakawa, a weak, and bullied boy, whose only special qualities are his running speed and maneuverability, which he earned from doing errands for the aforementioned mentioned bullies. Sena begins his high school years at Deimon Private Senior High School.
American football team captain Yoichi Hiruma notices Sena's running gifts, and then forces Sena to join the team (Deimon Devil Bats) as the running back. Sena begins his high school years at Deimon Private Senior High School, along with his childhood friend, Mamori Anezaki, who is one year older than him, and who acts as his motherly figure during school hours. (To Sena's embarrassment)
To protect his identity from the other school sports teams that may want to recruit his ungodly speed, Sena assumes the role of the team secretary, and enters the field wearing a helmet equipped with a green-tinted eyeshield in order to hide his face and features under the alias of "Eyeshield 21." Many laughs are included in this comedic series, including Sena assuming the role of both team Manager and Eyeshield 21 at the same time, the colorful characters, each team unique and different in its own way, and the pure ignorance some of the characters have.
The later iteration.
Hmmm... How about this format for the final style of the encyclopedia entry:
Name: Eyeshield 21
Genre: Sports, Shonen, Comedy
Number of Volumes: 27; Completed series: No
General Audiance: All ages although some innuendo and profanity (depending on translation) occur.

Extra: It has been adapted into an anime movie in 2004 , an anime television series in 2005, which is scheduled to air in the United States on Toonami Jetstream sometime in the Fall of 2007. The twenty seven volumes have sold over sixteen million copies in Japan, and the number of children playing American football in Japan has almost doubled in the four years since Eyeshield 21 began.

Sneaking out of classes to the school roof, Junpei witnesses a beautiful girl falling in front of him. Before the girl flees, he catches a glimpse of her strawberry-patterned underwear, and instantly falls in love. He also believes that this scene would be perfect in a movie. Junpei now trys to find the beautiful girl, and in the process makes a girlfriend. The story continues on as many girls meat Junpei, and try everything they can to become the object of his affection.
Extra: Ichigo 100% was adapted into a 24-episode anime TV series by Madhouse. It aired across Japan on Animax and TV Asahi. The anime's story is much shorter than that of the manga. A total of 4 OVAs have been produced, these cover the storyline although non sequentially. For example OVA1 merges chapters 22 and 82.
Name: Home Tutor Hitman Reborn! (Kateky? Hittoman REBORN!/Katei Ky?shi Hittoman Reborn!)
Genre: Mafia, Action, Comedy
General Audience: Preteens and above. There is little to no ecchiness, aside from the effects of the Dying Will Bullet. (See Overview)
Number of Volumes: 16; Completed Series: No
Overview: The story revolves around Tsunayoshi "Tsuna" Sawada, who is chosen to become the mob boss of the Vongola family. Tsuna is known as "No Good Tsuna" for his poor grades, bad luck, and overall lack of athleticism. "Vongola IX," the current head and mob boss of the Vongola Family, sent Reborn to train Tsuna to become a strong new leader. Reborn is baby assassin of the Vongola family, who specializes in all types of combat. Reborn's main way of teaching Tsuna is the by using the "Dying Will Bullet" ("Deathperation Shot" in the translated versions), which will make the person regret a dying wish they haven't completed, and be "Reborn"Â with a boost of Valor and Strength. Though the gun has a comedic side effect of stripping the user down to their undergarments, along with causing a flame to emerge on their forehead. Notably, the Dying Will Bullet has different effects depending on where the user is shot. Throughout all of this, Tsuna has a crush on the school idol Kyoko, and to continually trys impress her.
Extra: The Kateky? Hitman Reborn anime series is produced by Artland. It first aired on October 7, 2006 on the Japanese network TV Tokyo.
The Anime version of the series stays true to the mangas storyline, but
it is significantly toned down than its source material (i.e. colored guns to make them seem more like toys, and bullets fire out a beam of lights rather than hit Tsuna directly).
Wasn't sure if this was ok to put in the translation page so I'll put it here for now,
here is my small contribution,

Overview: The story takes place in Edo (Known today as Tokyo), Japan, which has been overrun by an alien race called the Amanto since the late Edo period. The samurai of Japan have shrunk in poulation, and many of them have forgotten their old ways, as the Amanto placed a ban on carrying swords in public. The story focuses on a wacky samurai with a natural perm, Sakata Gintoki, his apprentice Shimura Shinpachi, and a teenage alien girl: Kagura. All three are "free-lancers" who search for work in order to pay the monthly rent, which usually goes unpaid anyway.

Number of Volumes: 36. Completed Series: Yes
General Audience: All ages.
Overview: Kinnikuman was originally created as a parody of Ultraman, a clumsy, foolish goof of a superhero was only called upon to battle monsters if no other superheroes were around.
As Kinnikuman grew, it began to develop into a manga about professional wrestling in which Kinnikuman would wrestle parodies of popular Japanese superheroes and their villain counterparts, including "The Toilet Paper Mummy", and wrestlers based on pachinko machines and telephones. The heroes and villains of Kinnikuman were collectively referred to as "Ch?jin," (??) which literally translates to "Supermen".
Kinnikuman's powers come from eating garlic, which fill the garlic meter on his forehead until he could grow into a giant to fight the monsters. His main attack was the super powerful "Kinniku Flash" beam.
Extra: The majority of the characters were made by fans who sent in ch?jin character designs or ideas and were then incorporated into the story in various major and minor roles. One early minor character, Pandaman, was sent by Eiichiro Oda, who'se become well-known for his manga One Piece.

Title: One Piece
Japanese Title: ?????
Genre: Adventure, Super-Human powers
Audience: Teens
One Piece is about a boy named Monkey D. Luffy. Luffy's dream is to become the Pirate King and to find the famous treasure hidden by Gold Roger: One Piece.
In the world of One Piece, there is fruit called "Devil's Fruit". When you eat a "Devil's Fruit" you get a special ability. Luffy ate the "Gomu-Gomu Fruit", which makes him a "rubberman". Because of this fruit, Luffy can stretch his limbs unnaturally far.
On his adventures, Luffy encounters many friends and foes. His crew consists of seven persons:
Roronoa Zoro, a swordsman using a very unusual fighting style called Santoryu (which means "3 swords")
Usopp, a marksman who has the habit to tell great lies. He wanted to become a pirate, because his father, Yasop, became one too.
Nami, a navigator who loves money and tangerines. Her village has been ruled by pirates, and her godmother was killed by the pirates' captain, Arlong.
Sanji, the ship's cook. He fights only using kicks, since he does not want to mess up his hands.
Nico Robin, the ship's archeologist. She ate the Hana-Hana fruit, which gave her the ability to make hands grow on objects and use them as her own hands.
Tony Tony Chopper the ship's doctor. Chopper used to be a normal deer, but he ate the Hito Hito fruit, which made him human-like and gave him the ability to speak.
Franky, the shipwright. Franky is a cyborg. His fighting style is shooting with his cyborg arm.
Together with his crew, Luffy sets sail to the most dangerous sea, the Grand Line, to find One Piece.
