Guys, reporting in here again, passed the pkmn center part and everything, i'm getting full EXP from wild battles etc. no lag no freezes. Using DSTWO with the latest 1.06 firmware.

crap! that means that no gain exp isnt just because of the tutorial its AP =(

Yep, you're supposed to gain EXP even from the tutorial. So people who had there hopes up after battling in the tut hoping for anything... sorry but you wont get exp after that either. You're supposed to get it from the very first two battles against your rivals.

Press Start on the Wood R4 menu > Settings > Change tab and go to File System Settings > Turn both off > Game works!

I'm using Wood R4 1.11. Also, succesfully saved at my room.

I can confirm that you get no exp while playing on desmume
I played past the tut, beat N, got running shoes, had a few wild battles, no exp.

Went downstairs and then upstairs again without problems.. xD

EDIT : Going around the houses without freeze problem.

EDIT : Froze when I tried to enter the lab..

Uploading pics, cant upload the first 2 battles but I can tell you now, Youre supoosed to gain EXP from the get go after you chose your starter

Can somebody who has gotten the game to load on any form of R4 device please upload their .sav for download? That should fix the "load rom errcode=-5" problem people with R4i are getting.

It doesn't work, having the save won't help.

Playing with acekard 2.1 with akaio 1.7.1. Ive got no exp from the first 2 tutorial battles and wild Pokemon.
