Gaming Jittery Menu Problem?

Is anyone else having this problem? I can't tell if it was before or after I installed my Cyclowiz that I started to notice but the main menu and shop channel and such seem to have a fair amount of jitter to them, meaning the screen just acts a bit jumpy. The problem is gone once in-game.

I had the same thing, but it seems to have gone away after playing with the sensitivity in the options menu. Move it in the direction that makes the dots bigger (I forget which way that is now).

The most annoying thing for me at the moment is that the cursor in Red Steel jump to the center of the screen for a split second quite often (every 10 seconds or so). This even happens when I'm aiming near the center of the screen anyway, so the remote is not moving out of the area. Does anyone else get this?
