ROM Hack Japanese audio with US Kingdom Hearts patch?

Similar to what people did with The World Ends With You (where you would have the option to change the english audio with the japanese audio) , I was just wondering if there is a patch of some sort that would let me do the same thing. Or if there isn't one, I would like to make a request for it.
