I trying the xploit and ...:

- 4Gb SD Card in FAT32
- 4.1 SM
- Use Uloader 5.1E
- Use the game (ID RLGP64) on the SD in .CISO format.
- Hackmii´s Boot.elf in the root of SD.
- Savegame modified copied into Wii.

The Game load Ok, selected the modified savegame, load.
Go to the point to load xploit, the xploit load and error:

The error may be to use the SD to load the game in .CISO format and hackmii?

If I had to guess, the problem is with your sd card. Have u ever been able to launch another twilight based hack using the same SD card (ie. Indiana PWNs, BATHAXX)? If you have a standard 2GB SD card (non-SDHC) perhaps you can try using that instead and see if it makes a difference.

And in my experience, exploits can be used just fine when launching the game from a usb-loader (of course if one already has a usb-loader, then there's no need to use an exploit other than for testing purposes).

If I use Pendrive the xploit load ok.
I'm testing from the SD if you load it and I found this error.
I can not prove with a 2Gb SD because the game takes over.

Hello everyone ... I tried Jabba ... When I get to the screen where it says to press A to hack on the wii that hangs by a wheezing continued until the turn off .... What can it be? can get in somehow priiloader?

Nintendo just gave up on the security of their consoles..... You can see this as many of the new games haven't had any major copyprotection in them. Like Donkey Kong Country Returns.

Then the error is completely irrelevant. Because no one actually wanting to use the exploit is going to be running the game off an SD card.

Great work, giantpune!

I was always curious on how all these exploits are found...

So, just a quick coding question, if you don't mind...

Does the Wii provide its own savegame save/load functions that can be used by game programmers or does each game have to implement their own functions to do that?

I mean... If we have the PPC disassembly of the game code, how do we find were the savegame processing code is?

Thanks!

If i'm not mistaking, a 4 GB Sd card, actually is an SDHC card. That might be your problem indeed.
Try a real SD-card of max 2 GB, and you might have more luck.

I feel bad for Pune. Totally stole his thunder and theirs is all regions already.

Pune, next time I hack a console, I'm using your hack out of principle mate

I personally vote that ModMii uses punes specific compiling of the exploit. He did a great job. And evethough TT already had this in the bag a long time ago, it is really great that pune was able to do this. His efforts as a great coder/hacker should never be overlooked.

@pune, I hope you don't stop your efforts in this just because something else came out. You are one of the most talented coders that I have ever had the chance to speak with. Mad respect for you man.

the invitation is still open to anybody with another version of this game. i would like to finish up porting it to the remaining version(s?) just for the sake of being complete.

lol "Return of the Jodi" i get it it's suppose to be jedi but the homebrew channel id is jodi.
Like the HBC it is refering to: JODI : Jodi Daugherty, Nintendo’s senior director for anti-piracy.
