Like the HBC it is refering to: JODI : Jodi Daugherty, Nintendo’s senior director for anti-piracy.

The vague info does not help anyone at all. If you are going to speak up, at least open your mouth fully instead of little hints of info. We all know that you do know everything in this aspect. But just spitting out enough info to lead people along to ask more is kind of crappy when you could really just tell everybody what they want to know. Either contribute or GTFO. that message was short due to me typing it on an onscreen keyboard and not having the time to type out this full post.

you can write custom hooks into a game to be able to dump the required data out to your pc without a USB gecko. I can write Riivolution memory patches and allow myself to dump data using a socket for example to my PC so that I can us wc to create the memdump that way. I can also use a OSReport call and the common __fwrite hook to send out debug info that way. Riivolution has support for redirecting OSReport over RiiFS so that I can see that info on my PC if I need it. then there's the fact I could write my own code injection into a spot to create a custom breakpoint. using that I could add an IOS module that has access to a small ppc blob and connects to my PC for freezing/unfreezing/stepping/resuming/etc. now I've got debugging without the usbgecko.

I speak to pune on IRC all the time and he can ask me there how I would do this. But, this is something you couldn't do in a million years you ignorant fuck. this is why instead of wasting my time writing out a long message I just said it was possible. people could reach me if they needed to to find out details and either try it themself or respond that they aren't able to do so like 99% of the people do when they ask for things more challenging than how to pirate a game. Please do me a favor now and go away again so that this place will be peaceful again.

like I said in PM. you kind find plenty of posts with me explaining things to people when it's something worthwhile and that will be possible to accomplish. I also explained that people can contact me if they have the desire to take things further. many people have done so and a couple have succeeded with their lofty goals.

foez and I may have heard that the hanna montana exploit was bogus before the general public did (maybe not quite as early as others, like "Mr Hacker" or w/e )
but that was the only thing, and I was as guilty as he was for not "announcing" it was a hoax. Who are we to announce that? Anyways, big f'ing deal, other than that, foez and I have never led anyone astray purposely.

sometime this weekend or next week.
