Hacking It's possible to DSiDowngrade with a region changed source 3DS?

Let me explain:

I have a A9LH 3DS XL USA and my friend a 3DS 11.2 EUROPE.

If i region change my A9LH 3DS Nand to system transfer to his 3DS, the transfer will work?

IIRC, when you system transfer, any different region games dont copy, I could be wrong.

I believe region changed systems can't do a system transfer anyways.

is true, you may have to make a second emunand, region change that back, and do it that way. Not sure since I have never done a region change, but worth a shot.

I'm interested in knowing this, as well, considering I provide free downgrade and A9LH- nstallation services. Though all of the ones I've done that to till now were always EUR consoles, it doesn't hurt to know.

Well, to system transfer you have to be able to use eshop... region changed 3DS don't enter in eshop (it could enter if the 3ds never connected in internet until the region change). =(
