go here http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ download the ropbin for your system(use the firmware your system nand is on) and rename it to the ropbin that menuhax is using

grab the newest cia for the cia launcher https://github.com/yellows8/hblauncher_loader/releases it will download the 2.6 payload it needs

I downloaded both the otherapp (for the cia) and the rop from smea's site but it still displayed 2.5.
That's why I'm asking for another host or attachment.

did you rename them to what they needed to be? you cant just put them on the sd card

For next inquiries, its X what you must hold in hblauncher_loader 1.1 to redownload the payload.

Not exactly. X bypasses the payload loading from SD. The code automatically grabs it online if the SD loading failed or was skipped and then overwrites the old one if the filename matches. If you hold X and Y though, it will ignore SD payload, download a new one but it won't replace it on the SD card. (In 1.1)
