Our server suffered from a sudden kernel panic which caused a total crash of the OS.
I was able to reinstall the OS without losing any file.
Took a while though because for a long while I thought I could just fix the OS, but after a few hours I realized it'd be faster to reinstall it (and reconfigure it).
I have just been working 15 hours in a row (with a pizza break... and the bathroom breaks too

).
