Alright, making this topic on behalf of a friend.
He recently got a SuperDSTwo card. I'm not 100% sure if he put it in a 3DS with current firmware before updating the DSTwo's firmware.
Anyway, he borrowed a system with low firmware and successfully updated the DSTwo's firmware. He then updated the borrowed systems firmware to current and the DSTwo works on with no problem. When he puts the DSTwo into his personal 3DS (which is also completely up-to-date on firmware) he gets the "An error has occurred. Press and hold..." message.
I'm not really sure what to do in this case as the DSTwo has the current 1.25 firmware, which works on current firmware, but it still doesn't work on his system. Any ideas?
