Issues with react psn and rap file working

I have a hen ps3 that is ps3 model no CECH-4201C I put the rap in the exdata folder of usb stick. I make new account aa then I open up react psn and get this error.

i followed this guide. I dunno if my superslim has issues or not because of the way they are.

Are you sure it's activated ? Have you generated a new device password ? The generic passwords people use such as Playstation3 won't work on the console anymore . Try to login on PC on this link https://my.account.sony.com/central/management/?entry=device_password

Made a account once i make it i log into psn i wont get banned?

is your ps3 activated?
try activating the account in the main user. im not sure if you can use apollo save tool

when i go to sign in to ps3 online with email and password it says i need a update scared I will ruin han. maybe if i folow this i wont have to update.



I tried apolo gamesave tool but it says to get in psn offline that I need a .dat file dunno about that.

issue was resolved I needed to install webman mod. thank you everyone for the help.
