My CFW Gone?

I've had CFW on this Slim PS3 for 5 years now. I don't turn it on as much because I've been on my PS5, but wanted to install some classics for the kids.
I had just used it to replay SA2 earlier this year.

Now I turn it on, and I no longer see the Rebug logo. Instead I just see the normal PS3 logo.
I see some of my Homebrew apps such as PKGi, Rebug Toolbox, Apollo Save Manager, Multi Man, etc but they all give error 80010017 when I try to open them and I don't see any of the normal CFW tools such as PKG installation.

Is there a quick way to get it back to its CFW state or should I just re-follow the latest guide and re-install CFW entirely?

I didn't. I don't know what my kids might have done. I'm just wondering the quickest way to fix the issue.

You might have to start over from scratch.

Someone definitely messed with it without your knowledge. Code doesn't operate by itself explicitly
