Homebrew Issue with ugopwn.

I recently decided to install HiyaCFW+Unlaunch with the help of dsi.cfw.guide, but I ran into a problem while trying to backup my NAND. The problem in question is that I only ever get two white screens, after trying five times to launch HBMenu, and following the guide step-by-step. I've formatted my (2GB) SD card, Replaced the files before and after formatting it, but to no avail. Do any of you people know if there's anyway I can fix this?

Is HBMenu boot.nds and payload.dat on the root of your SD?

They are both on the root. By the way, is it okay if boot.nds is in all caps, because that's how it was when I extracted it.
