Hacking Is this a DS flash cart?

I'm looking at this ebay listing, and I'm wondering --Is it a flash cart? I don't mind if it is, I'm just wondering.

Most likely yes - true DS bootlegs did exist but then they realized that it is cheaper to buy bottom-barrel flashcards in bulk with a custom sticker, include a microSD, and "hide" it with a sticker

Yeah that thing's definitely just a flash card loaded with ROMs in fact it's definitely illegal to sell it that way no matter what country you're at unless it's like Denmark or some s*** like that when they don't care about copyrights at all
