I think with pkhex you can not sure about pksm, and no it won't give you a ban.

Do you have pokemon bank? I'm pretty sure you need pokemon bank or something but what I would do is look at a fairly recent guide on how to use PKHex

You can legally get Magearna with a QR code once you have beat the Pokemon Leauge: http://serebii.net/sunmoon/qrevents.shtml

Marshadow is currently unreleased and you might well get a ban for save editing despite what other have told you. Please see this post on Project Pokemon: https://projectpokemon.org/forums/forums/topic/40505-known-causes-of-pgl-bans/

One cause of bans is illegal Pokedex entries, which Marshadow currently is.
