For TWEWY and other problematic games, use NO$GBA with NGZoom and they will run perfectly:

PS: I have recently checked if NGZoom works with TWEWY and it apparenly does, I haven't got any problem at all until now and the emulator can even render the problematic video after the frogs on first day.
