Is there a way to convert a Wii Mii FIle to a 3DS one?

I have 2 Special Miis on my Wii system and want to move them to my 3DS. I can't with the official transferring method, and would like to know other ways to import a Wii Mii into a 3DS using an online tool of some sort.

Can't you just transfer it? Unless it's a special mii you can.
