no the system does not have any sort of dsinand in the least . . . the (n)3ds does have (most all) the same hardware (and then some) as the dsi and as such can load dsiware

There's no DSi menu for the 3DS. DSiWare games are launched from the home menu (not the DSi menu), and are ran in TWL_FIRM

I dont believe there is anyway to do that. There is TWLoader for playing NDS games but i think thats as close as you would get to something like that.

Not at the moment. The 3DS just has the DSi software necessary to play games on it, it doesn't have the full operating system.
