Is there a universal tool or a way to change the 3DS's clock with no penalties?

    Like for Pokemon time based events. Or in this case changing the time of day in Dragon Quest Monsters Terry's Wonderland.

    There's the config cia (called exactly that) but you have to obtain it from . . . other venues :ninja:
