Dude no. I am going to save you a lot of time and grief, there is no Sega Saturn emulator for the 3DS.

Ok I was wrong and I will re-open your thread. Apparently there is a Sega Saturn emu for Retro Arch. The core runs like garbage but its here.

Sega Saturn emulation is possible on a 3ds, there's an old (1.4.0) compiled core of Yabause available. Just like mentioned, it's slow! Like 5fps slow.

Other than that, no. No Sega Saturn emulation available on the 3ds.

I believe the saturn had like 9-11 processors, so it's incredibly difficult to program software that can perform the duties of all of them.

I really wish there was a bigger community behind getting Saturn emulation running better. Even on PCs, its pretty bad.
