Homebrew Is there a Homebrew app to scan barcodes?

I've looked online but I haven't been able to find a 3DS app that can scan barcodes. (Found a lot for QR codes)

It also doesn't help that all of the information needed would either need to be stored on the 3DS or have a continuous internet connection. Bar codes are both universal and independent. You will find some stores all have the same item with the same barcode, but then you will find items with store's own bar code.
But this will all require a database stored locally or online.
