Hacking Is there a Gamecube Backup loader for USB?

I was wondering if there was a Gamecube Backup loader with USB support.

No. It's been asked before. To play Gamecube games the Wii shuts down other parts of the Wii, usb being one. It would require some serious hacking to get around that.

So if my Wii wont play burnt discs, i.e. I must use usb loader because I have a brand new wii. then I am unable to ply gamecube games is that true?

sure you can play GC games as long as they are not pirated/backedup dvdr disks lol or get a GC

Why does nobody ever suggest SDBoot and a bunch of 2GB SD cards off the Internet for $2 apiece, along with an SD Gecko for $3?

Because you can fit like six GC games on a DVD-R (which cost about $0.10 per disc).
