In what way? You can use Luma InputRedirection to use an external controller to control your system.
There is input redirection, which is caked right into Luma's Rosalina.. you can find it under Misc settings. PC and N3DS must be on the same network fyi

I'm just looking for a remote way to control my 3ds using my pc. I have the latest version of Luma installed.
Remote? Well, you can from a short distance, but it's not the best. In what way exactly, do you mean?

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
