Homebrew Is there a app to dump installed titles on NAND or USB in WUP format?

Is there a app to dump installed titles on NAND or USB in WUP format? Preferably to SD. Something similar to Disc2App but for installed (electronic) titles. I know there is DumpsterU or Dumpling but they dump to Loadiine format and need to be repacked. While I can do that, it is a extra step and I was wondering if I had missed an app that could do it in one shot.

Use otp.bin, seeprom.bin, your hdd, grab the game(s) you want, then use nus packer.
