Gaming is the USUM leak any different than if i were to get it from eshop or freeshop

i got the ultra sun leak about 4dys ago and i wanted to know if there is any difference between the leaked one and the normal one, are there any ban risks if i turn on wifi since it has already released?

Yeah it's probably different. It's likely converted to *.cia from a review cartridge which is apparently different from a retail copy. It could also have been dumped by someone who got the actual retail game early but then it would have to be uploaded recently and probably not more than a couple days before release.
