ROM Hack IS THE AP FIX FOR B/W(J) THE SAME FOR (USA)

Hey forum, i was just wondering since the hackers fixed the AP for the japanese version of Pokemon B/W does that mean its the same for the USA version?
Do they both use the same AP?
This is very interesting to me

Well since the US version isn't out yet, nobody can confirm that it will have the same AP but since heartgold and soulsilver both had different APs when released to US I'm going to guess that Pokemon Black and White will both have different APs when released to America.

This question should be asked AFTER there is a dump of the USA version...I still can't comprehend why people believe that Tempers are psychics or something.
