Gaming Is possible transfer Old Nintendo 3ds games "ONLY" to New Nintendo 3ds XL?

Really Noob question.
Is possible to do that?
My old 3ds have legit cias (sysnand 4.2) and want to transfer it to my New Nintendo 3DS XL, but only the cias!
I have ambassador games in my n3dsxl and games I bought in eshop and I don't want to lose them or lose my Nintendo ID or Friend Code.

thats a tough one but if you have a gateway (Maybe) you can backup your 4.2 systemNAND and make it a EMUnand then use a tool in gateway mode to convert your eshop cias to a .cia file. again thats if you have a gateway.
you could also backup your saves in your 4.2 system nand and just download the cias elsewhere seeing how you purchased them (not sure is that counts as piracy or not)
