Gaming Is MK7 spotpass died?

As the title said, I don't receive any mk7 spotpass data (ghost., community, etc).
I have performed a system update, and tried to delete all mk7 extra data/reinstalled update 1.1, but it still doesn't download anything.
Is the problem from my 3ds, or it also happen to you?

I usually receive the blue dot for 1-2 times after installing the game, restoring a save, and playing online!

Have u like actually went outside to see if anything passed u. xD Im just messing with you but seriously I have mk7 ctgp and it works fine. Some times on the online tracks I get crashes due to the custom tracks but other than that that is it.
