Gaming is it time to leave my good old 5.00 m33-6?

if i do, can i still run gotube(dont ask), nesterj, gba emulator etc? wich should i upgrade too?

why bother? just patch the newer games that are coming out its simple enough and that way you can stay with your beloved 5.00 m33-6 like myself. I see no point in upgrading at all.

Everything that works on M33 pretty much works on GEN.

I don't play online on my PSP so for me thats not an issue hence why I'm still on M33-6 my multiplayer experience is xbox 360, NDS, and PC I play my psp for story mode games like phantasy star and assassins creed.

but if you are going to switch then GEN is pretty much your best bet.

Higher than any CFW available yet. Even on 5.50 GEN-D2 it'll force you to update before playing online.

^Correct, no one on custom firmware can play online at the moment as we're not on a high enough firmware. I'm on 5.50D2 and still can't play Little Big Planet online.

I'd recommend upgrading to 5.50D2 as you don't need to patch games anymore and I've run into zero issues using it, it's pretty much exactly like M33 firmware anyway.

Also please note LBP has no real online playing option.
It has the option to exchange levels online.
Nothing more nothing less.
