Hacking Is it possible to use CFW to patch AP check for Sky3ds blue users?

Is there a method for cfw to patch the ap check in order to run newer games ON the sky3ds itself? Considering fire emblem fates couldn't run, but was able to show the banner and icon, i assume there is a way to do this. I've only heard people recommend to install cfw instead.

I have done that. But it would be nice to have a way to be able to play on both of my 3ds whenever one runs out of battery.

But why?
You could install CIA files and run them without a 3DS cart inserted. Heck, with the cart slot free, you could get a DS flashcart and use it too without ever swapping carts!

CFW both of your 3ds consoles. Swap SD cards. Or just use a charger. QUIT MAKING THINGS COMPLICATED FOR SIMPLE TASKS.

How are you supposed to switch sd cards? It encrypted for each system. And yes i have cfwed both consoles.

Your answer does not help at all. The whole reason this is even a question is to ask if it is possible for cfw to patch the signature checks and NOT to buy a sky3ds plus. Why would i fork out another 100 dollars if i already have a9lh?

CFW already patch signature, AP Check is another thing, thing that is useless with cia games (or eshop game), its only a thing against sky3ds team (and users). There is nothing we can do I think :/

To be honest, I'm curious what the hardware and firmware differences are between the Sky3DS & the Sky3DS+ model. Assuming they use identical (or near identical) hardware, how did they bypass the AP checks in the Plus and could that fix actually be applied to the original model. Considering the bulk of their sales (at least, initially) were probably people who were "upgrading", it wouldn't make sense for them to release it even if it were possible.

To be fair, if the change in software was in a non-rewritable section of the hardware, it would make sense that they couldn't "fix" it, even if it were easy to change the code.

Sorry for the necro-bump, but I'm actually wondering that too.

Before people tell me "dn't by Sky2SD, gt free CFW", I run Luma on a9lh on all my 3DS systems... But I saw someone trying to sell a second hand Sky3DS blue button for 60€ saying "works with all games on all 3DS models on all firmware versions". Which is clearly bullshit, Triforce Heroes needs 9.9+ and has AP checks on New models that the blue button doesn't solve.

So I wanted to see that guy and tell him to at least stop crook people, and if he lowers the price, maybe I'll take it actually
But since I have Luma on a9lh, will I still have the AP problems or not? Because I need to prove that these problems exist and I don't really want to buy a new virgin New 3DS just for that...
