Hacking Is it possible to place 100% saves into gba game place through cia?

Sorry to interrupt everyone! I have just been recently playing around with gba games more and have been wanting to do some experiments with my games as well with rom hacks I want to have a 100 save file with. But from what I see from using a cia my save files are either nonexistent or just fairly well hidden, whichever is true is hard to tell.

So long story short is there a way to place in savefiles or save state with as cia or can you tell me if there is another homebrew software I could use to do this easier.

yes, through godmode, but there's another better way. let me look it up. I have all of my saves with my gba vc games, and it was a pita doing it the hard way. it should be easier this way.
