i mean, is it possible to insert a ezflash save from Spirit tracks rom to the Spirit tracks real cart?

It is possible, use the homebrew nds backup tool wifi. You need a wireless router and a computer, however, it can be done. I used to mess with this a lot by putting cheats onto a physical game from my flash cart using this program.
