Misc IS it me or the WiFi stoped working

Hey Guys wats up
i was askin is it only me cuz my DS wont connect to my Wifi connecter anymore in fact i tried my niegbores acess point and that didnt work either

every time i try to connect it says ERROR and sum kinda code apprecaite all the help
