I would higly recommend using DNS MITM over 90DNS. Just use the instruction on that page for (AMS DNS redirection) instead of the 90DNS instructions.

they both work,they can both be used together
i would even use exosphere on top just to be sure
the one thing i wouldn't use is incognito(as it deletes your prodinfo_.bin)
the advantage i find with 90dns is even if you have to delete your atmosphere folder for some reason 90dns should still work
