I didn't notice that echostore was sold out and have been trying to cancel my order and this is the only responce I get:
"To the customers who check the status of your R4 orders:
R4 is out of stock and we are not sure when we will get it back in stock.
If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email and the subject is
"cancel order #....", we will not reply your email.

I have entered my order number and done what it says but is there any way to find out if the order is canceled?
