Hacking IOS downgrader frozen?

I'm helping my friend with modding his wii and I tried to use the IOS downgrader, but it seems to have frozen after

Is there anything to remedy to this?
Is it safe to turn the wii off?

I've modded a few Wiis and this has never happened to me before.

DONT TURN IT OFF!!!!!

It takes 20 to 30 minutes to do if you turn it off it will be fully bricked!!!!!!!!

What are you exactly trying to do..? Install a system menu or update a IOS??

I'm just downgrading the IOS to run anytitledeleterm5 for preloader and starfall.

Humm you posted this at 4:36 its 5:13 I think it foresee.., what IOS was it some will brick a Wii if it don't install right..? I think IOS 249 is safe to restart and try again but I'm not sure...

I would give it a little more time before restarting the Wii....
