Hacking installing system menu via ARC

THANX 4 LOOKING IN DOWNLOADED ARC FROM WIIBREW
i have done a search and cant find a guide can someone plz point me in the correct dest..........do i put the whole ARC folder in the apps folder on my sd card ..CHANGE NAME TO BOOT DOL AND RUN........I just want to know how to install sysmenu and ios in case i decide to remove preloader...

boot.dol is the ARC program

personnaly i've reinstalled my system menu with the wad from semirick disk using wad manager 1.3!
I've done this because i don't have my wii connect to the internet

yes understand that bit but it also came with other folders (data, source, libogc_patches) and files (make , copying)
do all these go in tha ARC app folder................

ALSO DO I just place the sysmenu and ios wad in WAD folder ?
