Hacking Homebrew Installing PKG files with the ☆Package Installer

Whenever I try to install something with the package installer I get this error code (C0-14478-4) what do I do?

go to the tai file and comment out the plugin renpdrm by putting a # before it.

Vitashell lets you access all partitions from the Vita, use it to find ur tai file.
