It looks simpler for me to ask Nintendo to unlink him, I don't want to install again all my cias, FBI is a little slow...
After Nintendo unlink the account, what do I have to do to effectively unlink it from the 3DS ? Connect it to the internet ? (not dangerous with the cfw ?) Or use the godmode9 script ? (witch is ? where to find it ? )

Yes try connecting it to the internet and see if it logs out automatically. It's not dangerous with cfw
