Yes you'll be able to do that and also everything else you can do with CFW

Ask Nintendo for unlinking. Or format it. Should be good.

by formatting I loose the CFW, the games and eveything. and i have to put another NNID to download steel miner and do all again.
Isn't there a simpler way ?

Formatting will not delete cfw FIRM 0/1 is protected by luma3ds

U will lose everything in a format so backup games to cia with godmode9 and saves with JKSM or CheckPoint and some games use ext save also so Check that as well

The only thing is, after formatting, apps like the hbl and FBI would also be gone, so the buyer would have to follow the Finalizing Setup page again.
Although iirc there's a method to "format" the console (= bringing it back to the setup screen) without deleting installed applications

Then contact Nintendo to unlink the nnid. And you dont need to format the console

Not really. The script says that your nnid is unlinked. But i tried to link this nnid on another console. Didnt work...you need to format or asking nintendo to do it completely
