The bug is, He climb the tower, but the event didn't appear... And i also think this is a emulator problem... try another emulator.

Yeah, i didn't have that problem too, and using Desmume and DSTT.

BTW, DSTT users, you should use Wood4TT 1.25 (or higher if appears another version) to proper play this game.
The reason is that playing in YSMenu or TTMenu firmware, have problems with the characters (looks like black bodies without face and the game random freezes).

This isn't a translation, it's an undub, which is the replacing of the English dubbed content and replacing it with the original Japanese content (save for a few things such as subtitles).

I tried with no$zoomer and i didnt have that problem.
Maybe you are using a save state of the original not pached game in the patched one.

i restart the no$zoomer and i try to climb the tower and the event appear

and look at the video again the boy standing near the tower

Yeah, that issue is only because you used save states.

Second, I know you said you couldn't make it possible atm, but in the future will it be possible to add layton team into the game like you intended to? what is the obstacle that made it impossible to add it?

I tried a lot and I cannot add him again like in the JP version. The problem is that there is not a way yet of how put him again in Flash Facility as a random character.
Also, in this game, their portraits images aren't in it. That's the reason that I added 2 extra bonus, as compensation.
