Hacking Importing sav. file to a GBA Cartridge?

I've been playing emerald on GBA4iOS which I backed up onto my computer which has my sav. file.
How would I go about importing that sav. file into a real emerald cartridge?
Can I just use a GBA flashcart and put emerald and the sav. file on there, which is easier. . .
But will I be able to use pal park, to transfer from the flash cart to pearl/diamond/platinum?

You'll need a DS phat/lite for the GBA cart and a DS flashcart to run the program.

I have the DS Lite, what flash cart would you recommend, and could you walk me through the process?
