Why is everyone so excited?
If it was a Halo DS released by Microsoft, then I can understand the excitement.
But its just a fan game.
99% of fan games SUCK!

I disagree! because well, you used an opinion, and a wrong fact. i doubt its actually 99% games, and your thoughts of a game sucking can differ from myne. i think some games are really good, while there are those horribly made games that no one really finished. or its just pure crap (Super mario galaxy on the DS)

anyways, i think this looks cool. but i got a question, is it multiplayer? or is it supposed to be like a campaign.

If it's just a quake mod then yes it will be... That is probably why it has several ports because there is already a quake 'emulator' for each of those devices...

I couldn't care less about halo, but if it stands up ok as a game in its own right it sounds good.

it actually looks like a great game... only 3 days til release. im on the release list...

you have to have 20 posts on the forum to get the lite version

and 40 posts to get the full version, which has an extra map and an extra weapon

Aw man, someone should come out with a control hack. Try aiming with the touchscreen and then pressing R to fire. I got a hand cramp in 5 minutes just trying it out, not playing the game. I decided to not put it on my DS >_>

Oh please, that's a bluff.

Even if it isn't, what do you think they are saying?
"If anyone uploads our project (which we are making non-profit based and for fun, for people to play for fun) we will abandon your and our source of, well, fun."

In other words, in the name of common sense, upload the damn thing when it is released.
