Hacking If you can get into Eshop and DL sometimes on hacked Switch can you DL demos w/o ban?

If you can navigate eshop on a hacked Switch is it possible to download demos as well without getting banned? I find the new CFW interesting in the fact that you can run emuNAND, CFWNAND, and a 3rd option to run it as a regular Switch. Does this mean you are protected to use it more freely without having to do a complete restore? Most importantly besides playing multiplayer I just want to know if I can download demos because I've downloaded other things from eshop using a hacked Switch.

If you go on the internet on a hacked Switch and you don't have incognito or something on, you're gonna get banned. Especially if you go on the eshop

Weird because I did it, even downloaded some stuff too... but then again I can't even remember what weird combination of CFW I'm running...
