If I reinstall IOS30, will preloader get uninstalled?

im on 3.2u. reason: want to uninstall preloader but not reinstall/downgrade whole system menu

reinstalling system menu isnt hard. just grab the system menu wad with NUSD and install it. Installing IOS 30 wont uninstall preloader. why do you want to uninstall preloader anyway? just set it to autoboot the system menu and forget about it.
