No, but you could become a Moderator if you reach level 20.

Yeah, you reach level 20.
Then a ritual is made between Admins and Supervisors.
They gather in one thread all those who has reached level 20.
Then, a public poll is held, where users will vote who'll become the next moderator. If you're gay enough, you'll get more votes and your chances of becoming a moderator increases.
Old moderators are sacrificed in order to maintain balance.
