I habve a idea how the dsi shop is runable without a firmware (or it already exist?):

needed:
- internet
- nusd
- a dsi flashcard or a hack

Idea:
1.Download the dsi shop decrypted with the nusd downloader.
2.rename the .app file to a .nds file
3. put it on a dsi flashcard and run it

Can it work?
(Sorry when the idea is total stupid....)

No.

1) Decrypted DSi content cannot be run in DS-Mode, even if it has sufficient hardware.
2) What would be the use? What could be accomplish? Where would the titles be downloaded to?

Ok so I'm pretty sure the reasons that this wouldn't work would be first since it's a application that runs in dsi mode renaming it wouldn't do anything to it.secondly It instales the apps on the system and if you are in a flash card that's running in ds mode not dsi.and lastly almost all flash cards can run in(ok not all)in the newest firmware with just updating the bootloader.so that's just what I am saying.

1. i mean run it in a dsi mode flashcard or a hack what make it able to play in dsi mode
2. when you have a Dsi V 1.4 Flashcard and you will download dsiware without update(then the flashcard will not working when you have firmware 1.41)
it can be good

edit:
For example
I have a r4i sdhc where i not can update the bootloader
