Hacking I would like to know the cheat code to change the appearance of the main character in God Eater.

Most cheat codes to change appearance tend to be things that force say bonus costumes to be unlocked, allow you to play as NPCs/bosses/secondary characters in some instances and maybe allow you to play as a costume from another part of the game (say a flashback). If the game allows some customisation of colours then that can also be an option.
If the game has something like that (beat the game and play as...) or is coded in such a way that you can play as a NCP (3d games tend to do this better than 2d games unless you have a partner or something throughout the game that has all the same animations) then we can try to look at character selection cheats.
If not then chances are you want a ROM hack to either copy across the data (or maybe copy the translation you want to whatever version has the character you want) or remake it.

It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem. -

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
